Refund Policy

All purchases through BG Gaming are for digital goods delivered instantly to your in-game account. This policy explains when a refund may be available.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Subscription" panel on the shop page, or via your Stripe billing portal.
- No prorated refund on cancel. When you cancel, your perks remain active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged again after that date. We do not refund the unused portion of the current period.
- Payment failures. If your renewal payment fails, your subscriber perks are revoked immediately. You may restore them by completing a successful payment via the Stripe portal.
- Upgrade / downgrade. Upgrading Raptor Rider to Giga Grandmaster is charged prorated for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period (no immediate charge or refund).
One-off purchases (coins, potions)
- Coin bundles and potion packs are delivered instantly to your in-game FusionShop balance / Redeem tab.
- Because these items are delivered immediately on successful payment, they are not eligible for refund once delivered, except where required by consumer law or in the specific cases below.
When we will consider a refund
We will review refund requests, and typically refund, in the following situations:
- A duplicate charge caused by a payment system error.
- A clear delivery failure — you paid but the coins/potions/subscription perks were never delivered to your in-game account, and we cannot redeliver them.
- Fraudulent charges on your payment method (after verification).
How to request a refund
Open a ticket or message an admin on our Discord. Please include your Discord username, a description of the issue, and approximate date/time of the purchase. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer. Chargebacks that bypass our support process, or are initiated while perks have already been consumed, may result in a permanent ban from BG Gaming, loss of all perks and coin balances, and recovery of the disputed amount plus any bank fees incurred.
Consumer rights
UK / EU customers: under consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to cancel for digital goods. However, by purchasing digital goods that are delivered immediately you expressly waive this right for that purchase and confirm you lose it once delivery starts. This is standard for instant-delivery digital goods and is shown at checkout.
